1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8jili.com platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 8jili.com Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 8jili.com ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 8jili.com is lawful in your jurisdiction. 8jili.com makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 8jili.com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 8jili.com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). 8jili.com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8jili.com login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

3.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 8jili.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 You must notify 8jili.com's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 8jili.com may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

3.4 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 8jili.com of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.3.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 8jili.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted for deposits. 8jili.com does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine regulations.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. 8jili.com aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within one (1) hour during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. 8jili.com reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on 8jili.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 8jili.com reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after providing reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 8jili.com are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. 8jili.com reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and void associated winnings if abuse is detected.

5.4 8jili.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have met the qualifying conditions.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on 8jili.com are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 8jili.com's commercial interests.

6.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — 8jili.com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 8jili.com's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Bets placed after a game round has concluded, or placed in error due to a display fault, may be voided at 8jili.com's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jili.com Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the Platform.

8jili.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8jili.com Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 8jili.com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8jili.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The 8jili.com Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8jili.com makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8jili.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, network interruptions, or force majeure events.

9.3 8jili.com's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

8jili.com is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 8jili.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8jili.com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals derived from prohibited activity.

11.3 You may close your 8jili.com account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.4 Players who have self-excluded from 8jili.com may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 8jili.com Platform, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. 8jili.com will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13.3 Formal Proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

13.4 Notwithstanding the above, 8jili.com's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

14. Amendments to These Terms

8jili.com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 8jili.com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
